n8n Consulting Before You Automate the Wrong Thing
We help you choose the first workflows, the hosting model, and the rules for where AI is allowed to act. Then we build the ones that pay for the engagement.

Teams install n8n, import a template, and still cannot say which process should run unattended. The instance fills up with half-finished workflows.
What we automate
- ✓ A short list of processes ranked by hours and risk
- ✓ Hosting recommendation: n8n Cloud or self-hosted
- ✓ Credential, environment, and environment-promotion practice
- ✓ Standards for naming, errors, and owners
- ✓ A build sequence for the first 90 days
Example scope, not a client case study
The first week produces one workflow: a short list of processes ranked by hours and risk. Done means a record your team can open, and an alert that names the record when a run fails. This describes the shape of the work. It is not a result from a named client.
How the n8n build works
Interview the people who do the work
Not the tool owners only. The exceptions live with the operators.
Score each process
Hours per week, cost of a mistake, and how stable the rules are.
Decide what not to automate
Anything without a source of truth waits. We write that down so it does not sneak into a workflow later.
Build or hand you the spec
Some clients want us to implement. Some want the spec and a working example. Both are the engagement.
Why teams use this
You spend the build budget on the process that returns time
Hosting and access are decided before credentials sprawl
Your team gets a way to judge the next workflow idea
AI is limited to steps where a wrong answer is cheap or reviewed
n8n consulting is useful when the tool is already chosen and the sequence is not. The expensive mistake is automating a process that still changes every week.
We leave you with owners, not a slide. Each recommended workflow has a trigger, a system of record, and a reason it is first, second, or not yet.
What this costs
The scoping call is free. The build is priced per workflow after we see your systems, not as a flat package and not per n8n execution. n8n software is separate: self-hosting is free on your server, and n8n Cloud publishes its own Starter and Pro plans. Those are their prices, not our fee.
Who you talk to
The person who scopes the workflow is the person who designs it. You get that owner on the kickoff call. We reply within 24 hours. AI PROFI does not publish a specialist's local license, a phone number, or a street address for this service.
